It can sometimes all feel a bit too much like hard work to do it yourself… but, fear not, here’s the easiest fuss-free way possible to make your own fermented tea - kombucha. It doesn’t even need one of the strange gelatinous orbs known as a SCOBY.
Here to demonstrate just how easy it is, is one of the Kings of Kombucha Adam Vanni.
Adam, a co-founder of the splendid Jarr Kombucha, was a pioneer in the ways of lightly-sparkling fermented tea - bringing his Californian healthy ways to east London.
