More of us live alone than ever before - in ways which just don’t seem natural to us ‘pack animals’. Yet, it can feel a bit strange or stigma-laden to admit you’re feeling lonely. A feeling which can really shift your mood and bring about a sense of lethargy and ‘heaviness’.
